1. Scope

These terms apply to anyone visiting bysentra.com, operated by PT Web Properti Indonesia. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Use of BYSENTRA Tools, BysCore and BysExec is governed by each app’s terms or by a written service agreement. Where they differ, the app terms or agreement prevail.

2. Product information, pricing and promotions

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but features, availability and prices may change as products develop. Products marked “Coming soon” or “Optimization in progress” are not yet generally available.

The value of Bys Credit, new-user promotions and their conditions apply according to the terms shown in the app when you sign up. Offers for BysCore and BysExec become binding only once set out in a written quotation or agreement.

3. Intellectual property

The BYSENTRA name, Bys product names, logos, text, images and videos on this site belong to PT Web Properti Indonesia or its licensors. You may quote or share links to our pages. Using our name or logo to suggest you are part of, or endorsed by, BYSENTRA requires written permission.

5. Prohibited use

  • attempting to disrupt, overload or break into our site and servers;
  • scraping the site’s content at scale for resale;
  • impersonating BYSENTRA or our team.

6. Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is” as a source of information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from decisions made based on this site’s content without consulting us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes are settled by the competent courts in Indonesia.
